At The Starleigh Design Company, creativity meets craftsmanship. Founded by husband-and-wife team Justin and Jessica Starleigh, our family-owned business that blends artistry, precision, and purpose through custom laser engraving and design.

After proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps, Justin is fulfilling his long-time dream of starting a laser engraving business. His creative eye and attention to detail shine through every handcrafted piece he produces. From personalized gifts to custom signage, Justin approaches each project with the same dedication and excellence that defined his over 20 year military career.

Jessica brings her Bachelor’s in Marketing Management and over eight years of experience in marketing and graphic design. She manages all things media and design—building brands, designing logos, and helping businesses tell their story through thoughtful, creative visuals. Together, they offer a complete design experience: Jessica can create your perfect logo, and Justin can bring it to life through one-of-a-kind, laser-engraved craftsmanship.

As a Veteran-owned and proudly made-in-the-USA company, The Starleigh Design Company is grounded in the values of faith, family, and freedom. Justin and Jessica put their relationship with Jesus Christ first, their family second, and their business third.
